2-1-1 Winnefox is a joint program of the Oshkosh Area United Way and the Oshkosh Public Library with additional funding support from the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation and Winnebago County.

The 2-1-1 staff relies on a computer database of community information created by the Oshkosh Public Library and the Winnefox Library System.

There are about 600 clubs and over 1300 Agencies/Programs listed in the database.
